Renovation, Deck, Remedial Work, New Paint Scheme and Front Fence.
With charm and character, there where plenty of reasons to give this property a face lift. A sloping site and high roof line meant the property needed a full scaffold, to give the carpenters access to replace rotten timbers, and allowed painters to followed on with a new colour scheme.
At ground level the old tiled decks where removed and replaced with hardwood decking, with all screw fixings to the deck timber plugged, to give a clean finish. Old timber handrails where removed and replaced, and the front fence and gate re built.
